Let's just stop, drop everything, (forget each other's names) forget each other's names, And just walk away. Turn around and head in different directions, Like we never, it's like we never knew each other at all. We said what we feel, then we stop ourselves, And just walk away. Never looking back, Loving every second of it, we just walk away. This is probably the best, not to mention the worst idea, that I have ever had. Ignoring what we've felt, Overlooking what we've done, No awkward silences, no hiding any truths Ignoring what we've felt, Overlooking what we've done, What do you say? -chiodos (Baby, you wouldn't last a minute on the creek)
A great, very very underated emo-ish hardcore-ish band, signed to Equal Vision Records from Davison, Michigan. Craigery Owens- Vocals from harcore screams to chipmunk wails, great singer Bradley Bell- Keys Derrick Frost- Drums Matthew Goddard- Bass Jason Hale- Guitar Pat McManaman Bone Palace Ballet came out like 2 days ago, and its better than their first album and 2 EPs which were already really good. A lot of really complex string/brass compositions and crazy guitar scales and breadkdowns with hardest screams yet, great lyrics and melodic vocals. A lot lot lot deeper and more layered than their earlier stuff. Best album yet. Their first album was All's Well That Ends Well. I dont know too much about it but it had some great songs like All Nereids Beware, Baby You Wouldnt Last A Minute On The Creek, No Hardcore Dancing In The Living Room, and To Trixie And Reptile Thanks for Everything. a bit like the newer album, but in the newer album it sounds like they really mastered their instruments. It came out June 2005 off Equal Vision records.
